At elevations between 1,100 and 1,400 meters, two special varietals, Marsellesa and Obatá, thrive in the ideal conditions. These are hardy plants that not only resist disease but also deliver incredible flavors. The coffee cherries are hand-picked by skilled workers who know exactly when the fruit is perfectly ripe — they’ll visit the trees multiple times during harvest to ensure they get it right.
